Mieco Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (620690-T) (“MIECO”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through sales-mieco.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

Information you give us

• Order details: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, and the products ordered
• Account details: if you create an account — your name, email address and password (stored encrypted)
• Enquiries: anything you send us through our contact form, by email, phone or live chat
• Returns: photographs and descriptions you send when making a damage claim

• IP address, browser type and device information
• Pages visited and actions taken on the site
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below)

Payment information

We do not collect or store your card or banking details. Payments are processed by Razorpay Curlec, who receive your payment details directly. We receive only a confirmation of whether the payment succeeded, and a transaction reference.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who need it to deliver our service to you:

• J&T Express — your name, delivery address and phone number, so your order can be delivered
• Razorpay Curlec — our payment provider, to process your payment
• Our hosting and IT providers — who maintain this website and its systems on our behalf
• Professional advisers, auditors and regulators — where we are required to disclose by law

Some of these providers may process data outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected to a comparable standard.

Cookies

This website uses cookies — small files stored on your device. We use them to keep your shopping cart and session working, to remember your preferences, to keep the site secure, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Marketing

We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an order you have placed.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
