Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how MIECO delivers orders placed through sales-mieco.com. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within Malaysia only, including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders with a delivery address outside Malaysia cannot be completed at checkout.

Delivery charges

Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is included in the price of every product. The price shown on the product page is the final amount payable — no delivery charge is added at checkout.

For Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan, an additional delivery charge of RM30 per sheet applies. For example, 3 sheets to Sabah is RM90 delivery. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

How your order is packed

HPL sheets are rolled and packed into protective cartons measuring approximately 127cm x 24cm x 24cm. Each carton holds a maximum of 3 sheets. Orders of more than 3 sheets are split across multiple cartons and may arrive as separate parcels, sometimes on different days.

Courier

Orders are delivered by J&T Express. Once your parcel has been collected, a tracking number is issued and sent to the email address on your order. You can track your parcel at jtexpress.my/tracking.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.

• Dispatch: within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed, subject to stock availability
• Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 working days after dispatch
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: 7–14 working days after dispatch

These timeframes are estimates provided by our courier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during festive periods, peak season or in the event of weather disruption or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are complete and correct before placing your order. A valid Malaysian mobile number is required so the courier can contact you. We cannot change a delivery address once a parcel has been collected by the courier.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or because no one was available to receive it after the courier’s attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.

Receiving your order

Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If the carton is visibly damaged, we recommend photographing it before opening. If the product inside is damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy — damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
